Q-FE has a strong personal commitment to undertaking R&D and new product development. Q-FE focuses on solving machinery engineering problems in the comprehensive property maintenance services specialising in electrical substation, building maintenance, road maintenance and vegetation clearing markets. University of Sydney

Mark Bouw Group works closely with University of Sydney Business School as one of its business of choice for its Business Practicum unit of study. This unit is a semester long placement provided to postgraduate and undergraduate business students. Mark Bouw Group provides quality Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) experience to assist leading post and undergraduate business students build their critical thinking, problem-solving and employability skills, while at the same time encouraging them to create their own professional brand identity. Origin Biologics

Origin Biologics is re-inventing the Allograft Contract Manufacturing model to be more customer-centric, cost-effective and flexible. In 2014, the Nevada Donor Network and Australian Biotechnologies began to investigate how they could enhance the gift of tissue donation. Mark Bouw Group was tasked with developing and implementing a strategy plan with Australian Biotechnologies from ideation through to a reality of a partnership with Nevada Donor Network to build a state-of- the-art facility, whereby the Nevada Donor Network could honor their tissue donors and Australian Biotechnologies could bring tissue processing to the American community. As a result, Origin Biologics was formed. Their extensive experience in allograft processing, and the support of several tissue procurement organizations, will allow for the immediate processing of up to 100,000 allografts (1,600 donors per/annum), on completion of our new facility in Q4,2019.

Australian Biotechnologies

Australian Biotechnologies exists to enhance the lives of Australians through the lasting gift of allografts. As part of our vision, we required a strategy plan to ensure that our R&D program was the best in the space to meet our mission statement. In 2015, Mark Bouw Group was tasked with developing and implementing a R&D data management strategy. Initially, Mark Bouw Group implemented the strategic plan and has since worked closely with our R&D team and key executives, ensuring that all are well versed with our R&D activities and business plans whilst continuing to provide expert advice. An outcome of our R&D data management platform has been our success in achieving approved R&D activity status with the Australian Government’s  Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources since 2015, with the Mark Bouw Group working closely with our internal team and registered Tax Agent at all steps across the data collection and reporting process. Additionally, Mark Bouw Group has assisted our organisation with offshore go-to-market analysis during 2017 & 2019, and a R&D data management strategy for our JV, Origin Biologics based in Nevada, USA. TJM Holdings

“TJM” is the parent company of The Jolly Miller Café, I Pantry, Jolly Care and Fig Food Co companies. In 2014, TJM was running eight Jolly Miller Cafes across Melbourne with 50 staff and we wanted to grow. Mark Bouw Group was engaged to provide its strategic lens to our business and assist us with a strategic business plan through to 2020. The results of that plan speak today. The Jolly Miller Café chain with 13 sites, acquisition of Fig Food Co in 2018, expansion of our Sunshine West food production facility with leading innovative technology servicing over 400 food outlets daily, acquisition of Houghnuts food brand, development of IPantry-a full B2C daily pantry and fresh food e-commerce platform and, launch of the consumer healthcare products range-Jolly Care. Today we have nearly 400 team members and have 4 X our business since 2014. Mark Bouw Group has worked with us in the implementation  of the strategy and has been there as much, or as little as we need them.
